Star Musician

Register today to become a contestant! The registration period is open until March 15, 2012. Once we receive your audition video, our judges Andy Madadian, Farokh "Elton" Ahi, Ardeshir Farah, Paksima Zakipour and Siros Kerdouni will decide if you really do have what it takes!
Grand Prize
The winners of the Star Musician 2012 contest will be awarded:
- A joint album to be written, produced and recorded with the guidance of our judges **
- One video each for the vocalist and instrumentalist to be directed by Siros Kerdouni
- The opportunity to promote their album through major US based Persian media outlets
- Two collectible guitars (for vocalist and instrumental) each signed by a famous Iranian musician or singer courtesy of IranProud.com
Finalists
All 10 Star Musician Finalists will travel to LA, with airfare and hotel accommodations provided by Star Musician and it's sponsors.
In addition to airfare and hotel, the finalists will receive the following services at the Finals on June 9th, 2012:
- Outfits for the night of the Finals by Donovan England
- Hair and make-up provide "Style Bar Beverly Hills"
Timeline of events
- Registration Period: December 15th, 2011 - March 15th, 2012
- Quarter-Finalists Announced: March 25th
- Semi-Finalists Announced: April 20th
- Finalists Announced: May 15th
- Awards Ceremony: June 9th
